In-Store Pickup
We offer free in-store pickup from our Mississauga location. Select “Local Pickup” at checkout. Orders are typically ready within 2–5 business days. We’ll notify you via email when your order is available.

Local Delivery
We provide local delivery within the Greater Toronto Area. Delivery fees are quoted and invoiced separately after purchase. You’ll be contacted by email within 48 hours to confirm delivery details and pricing.

Flat Rate Shipping – Canada Only
We ship within Canada at the following flat rates:

• Furniture: $250 CAD

• Planters & Pots: $75 CAD

• Small Decor Items: $50 CAD

Items are shipped via trusted carriers or freight partners depending on size and destination. Tracking information will be provided when available.

Processing Times
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Shipping timelines vary depending on product size and delivery location.

Delivery Limitations
We do not ship to PO boxes or remote areas requiring ferry access without prior arrangement. Please contact us before placing your order if you are unsure about shipping availability to your location.

Damaged Shipments
