All purchases from Vintage Connection are final sale. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at info@vintageconnectioninc.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number, clear photos of the damage, and a brief description of the issue. We will review your request and, if approved, issue a refund to your original payment method.

Please inspect your order upon delivery and notify us promptly of any issues. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
